Bart Hubbard > On Monday night a family from church delivered dinner, and it was authentic Chinese fare. I only have a picture of dessert - sticky rice with red beans, steamed in bamboo leaves.
Bart Hubbard > The sticky rice is so glutinous it's difficult to pull the leaves off.
Bart Hubbard > The beans inside taste just like you expect. But sprinkle some sugar on top, and it tastes sort of like oatmeal, but sticky and rich. I liked it a lot.
